Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing our store. Because our solid wood slab tables are premium, oversized, and exceptionally heavy products, our shipping process differs from standard parcel delivery. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas & Zones

We currently ship to major countries within the European Union (EU) and Western Europe.

  • Standard Shipping Zones: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, etc.

  • Remote Areas & Islands: Deliveries to islands (e.g., Mallorca, Corsica) or remote alpine regions may incur additional shipping surcharges. If applicable, our team will contact you after order placement to confirm any extra costs before processing your order.

2. Shipping Methods & "Curbside" Delivery

Due to the weight and dimensions of solid wood slabs, all deliveries are handled by specialized freight carrier services.

  • Standard Curbside Delivery: Our standard free/flat-rate shipping covers Curbside Delivery (Delivery to the curbside/street level of your address) only.

  • Customer Responsibility: The transport driver is not authorized or responsible for carrying the table inside your house, apartment, or up any stairs. Because these tables are very heavy, you must arrange for at least 2–3 capable persons to be present at the time of delivery to safely move the item into your property.

  • Premium White-Glove Delivery (Optional): If you require delivery into your home, upstairs, or assistance with assembly, please contact our customer service team prior to shipment to request a quote for premium "White-Glove" delivery (subject to local carrier availability).

3. Estimated Processing & Delivery Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within [3–5] business days. Delivery across Europe typically takes [7–15] business days depending on your destination.

  • Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Production times for custom slabs usually take [3–5] weeks. Once production is complete, shipping will follow the standard transport timeline.

  • Please note: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates. Delays due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or regional freight bottlenecks are outside our direct control.

4. Delivery Scheduling & Notifications

  • Once your table reaches the local delivery hub in your country, the freight company will contact you via phone or email to schedule a specific delivery date and time window.

  • Important: Please ensure the phone number and email address provided at checkout are accurate and active. If the carrier cannot contact you after multiple attempts, storage fees may apply, or the shipment may be returned to us at your expense.

5. Mandatory Inspection upon Delivery & Damage Claims

Your shipment is fully insured during transit, but the insurance validation strictly depends on your inspection at the time of arrival.

  • Inspect Before Signing: You must inspect the external packaging and the table itself thoroughly in the presence of the driver.

  • If Damage is Found: 1. If the packaging or product is visibly damaged, you must write "Damaged upon arrival" or "Product damaged - Refused" clearly on the driver’s delivery receipt (Proof of Delivery / POD) before signing. 2. Take high-resolution photos/videos of the damaged packaging and the product immediately. 3. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours with your order number and the visual evidence.

  • Warning: If you sign the delivery receipt clean without noting any damages, the freight carrier will consider the item delivered in perfect condition, and we will not be able to process a damage claim or offer a free replacement.
