Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium solid wood slab table. Since our products are exceptionally heavy and oversized, please review our return and refund guidelines carefully.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, customers within the EU/EEA have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day the product was delivered.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the table must be unused, unaltered, free of any stains or scratches, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packing materials or equivalent heavy-duty transport packaging to ensure a safe return journey.

Exclusions: This 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to Custom Orders or Made-to-Order items (e.g., tables cut to custom sizes, specific edge finishes, or custom resin/epoxy designs requested by the customer). Once production has begun on a custom order, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
2. Return Shipping Costs (Crucial Notice)
Due to the oversized and heavy nature of solid wood slab tables, returns cannot be handled by standard postal services.

Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective (and was noted on the delivery receipt), the customer is entirely responsible for organizing and paying for the return freight shipping.

Estimated Cost: Please be aware that freight return costs within Europe for heavy furniture can be substantial (ranging from €150 to €500 or more depending on your location).

Safety Requirements: The item must be returned to our designated European warehouse. It must be properly secured on a pallet (similar to how it was delivered) to prevent transit damage. If the item is damaged during the return transit due to poor packaging, the loss of value will be deducted from your final refund.
3. Return Process
If you wish to return a standard (non-custom) table, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at [Your Support Email] within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide you with the return warehouse address and specific palletization instructions.

Arrange a registered freight carrier to ship the item back. You must provide us with the tracking number and the name of the carrier.
4. Inspection, Damaged or Defective Items
If your table arrives damaged or with clear manufacturing defects, please refer to our Shipping Policy regarding immediate delivery receipt notation.

If a product is verified as damaged during initial transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please note that natural wood characteristics (such as unique grain patterns, minor seasonal knots, color shading variations) are normal and are not considered defects.
5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it within [3–5] business days.

If the product is in its original, undamaged condition, your refund will be processed immediately.

The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna). Please note it may take [5–10] business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Deductions: We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product is returned damaged, used, or without proper packaging that causes a decrease in the item's commercial value.
